INSTALLATION
Before delivery every new machine supplied to a customer is assembled, oiled and fuelled, run and tested before delivery. Every machine is delivered in perfect working order.On delivery our sales staff install the machine and set it up correctly.All sales staff have Approved Installation Certification so that nothing is forgotten at handover. To ensure all techncians sent for training to John Deere's UK HQ in Nottingahm have a sound background knowledge before they attend the courses, they have first to complete online training on our premises via a computer link to Nottingham.The online training is structured to ensure that all the theory is clearly understood and technicians are well versed in the subejct. Once they have been assesed as capable of attending the Training Courses, only then are they accepted.
