Before delivery every new machine supplied to a customer is assembled, oiled and fuelled, run and tested before delivery.   Every machine is delivered in perfect working order.

On delivery our sales staff install the machine and set it up correctly.

All sales staff have Approved Installation Certification so that nothing is forgotten at handover.  

Customers retain a copy of the installation certificate.

And with all Professional equipment we have a system of follow-up visits to make sure everything is working as it should.
